SUGARCANE-DERIVED ETHYL ALCOHOL
We use ethyl alcohol derived from sugarcane, a plant-based and renewable source.
Sugarcane-derived ethanol offers a more conscious alternative to conventional petroleum-derived alcohol and is valued for its clean, lightweight fragrance base. Its renewable origin also aligns with our commitment to making more thoughtful choices for the environment.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Prima d’ Ara, each fragrance is carefully prepared and packed before it leaves our hands. We want every order to arrive safely and beautifully.
Because our products are personal-use fragrance items, we maintain a strict hygiene policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product or scent.
Your order arrived with a missing item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, used, or altered, unless the product itself arrived defective.
Change-of-mind purchases, incorrect scent selections, or fragrance preferences are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the package and product
A short video showing the condition of the item, when applicable
Please keep the original packaging until your concern has been resolved.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, Prima d’Ara may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.
3. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error or fault on the part of Prima d’Ara.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, damage during transit, or an error made by Prima d’Ara, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
Returns requested for reasons not covered by this policy will not be accepted.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used perfumes
Sprayed or partially consumed products
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period, unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled
Gift cards or other non-returnable promotional items
8. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please contact Prima d’ Ara through our official customer service channels with your order details and supporting photos or videos. We will review your request and respond with the next steps. Prima d’Ara reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
